Delivery Policy
All purchase online do not include delivery cost. Delivery cost are charged in respect to location. Customers who are outside Lagos must pay for cost of product as well as delivery cost before product is delivered to them at their current location.
All Lagos customers may choose to pay for delivery once they see the product.
Refund Policy
Goods can be returned if it did not meet presales description; and a refund will be made within 24 hours once goods are returned in a "sound shape" as it was delivered to the potential customers.
Note: "Sound shape'' simply means that goods are not damaged or in a bad shape.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders of goods or products can be exchanged for another goods or products if it meets subsequent preferred goods or products price. This can only be done within 48 hours of purchase, if initially purchased goods or products are in "sound shape."'
