Varna is a selection of semi-sweet wines produced by traditional wine-making techniques with the goal to manifest the uniqueness of the Bulgarian lands. The wines carry refinement and elegancy and portray the professionalism of the Bulgarian winemakers.

The harvest is done manually.

Grapes are sorted, separated and dip the stalks. After crushing cold maceration take place. The alcoholic fermentation happens in stainless steel fermenters.

Malolactic fermentation is conducted in French and American barrels. Good, saturated colour with a soft tint.

The aroma has a spicy character and you can detect cloves and cinnamon, dried plum and vanilla. Dense body with soft freshness and a well-balanced soft finish.

A fruity and velvety smooth Merlot from Bulgaria with ripe plum and black cherry flavours and a light finish. Pairs with red dishes best.
